Fred has worked on and managed forests of the Pacific Northwest for more than 35 years. He has been involved with forest land transactions in one capacity or another for over 20 years. His experience includes nearly every aspect of forestry. Fred has extensive experience dealing with county, state and federal regulatory agencies.

Bill has over 40 years’ experience managing timberlands from Northern California to Vancouver Island, B.C. His career has provided Bill with experience and expertise in the full range of forestry operations from reforestation to harvesting and log marketing. He has been extensively involved with performing valuations and due diligence for acquisitions and providing information for dispositions. Bill is a member of the Society of American Foresters. Jesse has over 15 years of experience as a professional forester and consultant. He has worked extensively in Washington and Oregon providing a broad range of timber land management and forestry related services to a diverse set of landowners. Jesse is the owner of Bloomfield Forestry where he provides pre-sale consulting services to timber and land sale Clients. Jesse is a Certifed Forester and a member of the Society of American Foresters. (Licensed in Washington)
Colton brings extensive knowledge in rural land transactions gained from four generations of his family who are still involved in the agriculture and forest industries. HIs passion truly lies within working Farms, Ranches and Timber properties all across Oregon. When not doing Real Estate you can find him in the woods, helping the family business or enjoying a day fishing, hunting or hiking.
Bruce Krieg has 35+ years of forest industry and real estate brokerage experience. He has been with the Real Estate Division of American Forest Management since 2013. Before coming to AFM Bruce owned and operated Greenwood Consulting, a forest managment consulting firm, he worked for Kidder Mathews Forestland Specialty Group, Colliers International Natural Resources Group, and Timber Services, Inc. Bruce has a B.S. degree in Business Management with a minor in Forestry from Humboldt State University. He specializes in the brokerage of Forestland and Natural Resources.
Dan has 40 years experience working for Lone Rock Timber, Roseburg Forest Products, and for the last 9 years as Chief Forester of Weyerhaeuser's 2.9 million acres in Oregon and Washington. He has 10 years industry experience in land aquistion and disposition. This rich history has brought him an extensive list of industry contacts. As small woodland owners of 630 acres in southern Oregon, Dan and wife Kathy practice intensive forestry on their tree farm, which was recognized as Douglas County Tree Farmer of the Year 1993. Dan is a member of the Society of American Foresters.

Jill is Transaction Coordinator and Bookeeper for the NW Forest Properties brokerage office of American Forest Managment, Real Estate Division. She keeps books and provides valuable transaction support to brokers. In her free time, Jill enjoys mowing and maintaining an extensive personal property, and travelling with husband Jim She loves spending time with friends, family, her children and grandchildren.
Jean works closely with husband Fred on Sperry Ridge Inc. business development, marketing and strategic planning. She and Fred recently because small woodland owners in Benton County. She is a member of the Lane County chapter of Women in Timber. Jean shares a deep respect for the beauty and health of the Pacific NW Forests.
