The principal broker of Northwest Forest Properties. Along with his wife Jean, he is the owner of Northwest Forest Properties and its parent company, Sperry Ridge, Inc. Fred is a Certified Forester, licensed Oregon real estate broker, and a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters. He has been involved with forest land transactions in one capacity or another for over 20 years.
Fred has worked on and managed forests of the Pacific Northwest for more than 30 years. He has experience in every aspect of forestry, including transaction facilitation, preparing valuations and economic analyses, and performing due diligence on forest land acquisitions. Fred has extensive experience dealing with county, state and federal regulatory agencies.

Jean assists with business development, marketing and strategic planning for Northwest Forest Properties and its parent company, Sperry Ridge, Inc. She shares a deep respect for the beauty and health of Oregon forest lands.

Jill keeps our books and provides valuable support to our brokers. She and her husband Jim spend much of the winter in the desert for Jim's employer. Our virtual private network allows Jill to perform her work remotely. Jill is devoted to her children and grandchildren.

Bill has over 40 years’ experience managing timberlands from Northern California to Vancouver Island, B.C. His career has provided Bill with experience and expertise in the full range of forestry operations from reforestation to harvesting and log marketing. He has been extensively involved with performing valuations and due diligence for acquisitions and providing information for dispositions. Bill is a member of the Society of American Foresters.
