Eight (8) tracts of high quality, investment grade timberlands that have been intensively managed to promote maximum timber production for many years.
These parcels are located in the highly productive coast range of northwestern Oregon, notably one of the best regions in North America for timber harvest. The predominate species on these lands is Douglas-fir followed by western hemlock, red alder, Sitka spruce and western red cedar. The parcels are well-roaded and maintained. With few exceptions all the roads are rocked. Forest management practices are regulated by the Oregon State Department of Forestry.
All tracts are located in Lincoln County and extend from north of Gleneden Beach to just east of Toledo. These properties have ready access to the strong timber markets in the Willamette Valley and Northwest Oregon.
All tracts are zoned Timber Conservation (TC). The TC zone is intended to retain forest land for the production of wood fiber and other forest uses. The land use code also provides for compatible uses. A dwelling is permitted under certain conditions. (Pertinent sections of the land use code will be provided upon request.
